Much Better Now!
Thankfully for us, Fay has moved on. Things eased up quite a bit around lunch time. The rest of the day, we've had wind and intermittent rain showers, but that we can deal with. Our outdoor table is no longer taking up half of our computer room for one thing. :-) Our regular sitters even offered to take the girls tonight so that Chet and I were able to have our regular Friday night date night. It was so good for all of us just to get out of the house for awhile. Thanks for all of the prayers!

Glad you are all okay. TS Fay is just started to reach us.
Glad you made it through your first hurricane ok. We were getting some really strong winds here too...kinda far away from the hurricane here but the trees were bent over in half. The wind was out of the south and its already starting to turn cool. Winter is on its way.
I am happy to see you are all ok. On another note, I can't believe Katherine is one! How time flies. Only 3 months and we come down your way!

We survived the TS. Monday evening after we thought it was all gone, we had tornadoes very close to the house. Chip could see action in the sky, but of course my camera battery was dead to get good pics. Today hot and sunny.
