A Visit from Grandmama

(Yay! I got the slideshow to work. The site had been rearranged, so I had to hunt around for the right function.)

The last weekend of March, Chet's mom came down for a visit. We had a great time while she was here. We went for a picnic at the park, celebrated Chet's birthday on Sunday the 28th, and went to St. Augustine on Monday, since Mary Joyce was on Spring Break from preschool. All-in-all, it was a very nice weekend.

Remodeling and Catching Up

I decided since the pictures on the blog header were getting pretty outdated, that it was time for a blog remodel. I think I've almost got everything the way I like it, although I'm still playing around some with font colors.

My next goal is to catch up on a number of old posts from the last month or so that I just haven't had the time to get to lately. I honestly tried to start last night, but I spent forever uploading pictures to the site I have used in the past, only to find out that I can't do slideshows like I did before. Or if I can, I can't figure out how. So I will be trying out one or two new slideshow sites to find one I like.

So, my aim is to catch up and then get on track to start posting more regularly again. We'll see if that happens...
